CTRL – a dynamic consent platform developed by Australian Genomics, is transforming how research teams gather and manage dynamic consent. Over the past year, in collaboration with the Garvan Institute of Medical Research, CTRL has undergone a major upgrade with a complete code rewrite, a modernised user interface, and a scalable backend. These improvements ensure CTRL is intuitive, efficient, and adaptable for researchers handling complex consent workflows.

In the upcoming months, CTRL will introduce advanced consent transition management, automated participant communication, real-time dashboards, and advanced integrations with REDCap and ELSA.

CTRL is freely available for uptake by the research community. To explore its features, access the source code, or learn more about the points below, visit the CTRL webpage.
