Applicant’s project summary:

The Kids Heart Biobank (The Children’s Hospital Westmead) and the Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute will combine whole genome sequencing data from families with congenital heart disease (CHD) with cases from the Cardiovascular Genetic Disorders Flagship to further understand the complex genetic landscape of CHD, compare CHD severity with genetic information, and report outcomes and experiences of genetic testing in paediatric CHD.
