How can we ensure greater justice and equity in global genomic data sharing for health?

Global policies and standards are necessary to address matters of equity and diversity in genomics for health and access to gene technologies, particularly by underrepresented populations. Despite initiatives by international organizations and institutions over the years to promote greater justice in health, inequities in data access, use and collection remain. What’s next on the regulatory and ethics agenda? How can GA4GH and other institutions better promote justice and equity in global genomic research?

Join us in discussing these issues!
