About 2024 KidGen Symposium

KidGen Symposium stands as an internationally acclaimed annual professional gathering, showcasing a diverse range of sessions addressing current facets of renal genomics, care, and research. Led by experts from Australia and abroad, both clinicians and non-clinical professionals contribute their insights.

The theme for the 2024 meeting is ‘Empowering Personalised Kidney Healthcare Through Genetic Risk Assessment and Patient-Focused Solutions’, featuring two distinguished international speakers:

  • Professor Fiona Karet from the Cambridge Institute for Medical Research, University of Cambridge, UK
  • Professor Olivier Devuyst from the Institute of Physiology, Zurich Kidney Center, University of Zurich, Switzerland
